Note :
This is an extremely simple method so due apologies to those
that know it and are already using it to earn more than
their normal share of trafexch credits.
But for those that don't...
here's what you need to do:
Assuming you surf 5 traffic exchanges at a time;
Open all 5 in the same browser (IE, Firefox, Etc)
For Example, right-click on each one of the links
below and choose the option 'Open In New Tab'
Or directly click on the links if your browser is setup
to open new links in tabs.

Link 3
Link 4
Link 5
Including the first page you will now have 6 webpages open in
the same browser window. Using your mouse you could click
on each tab and then after scanning the page hunt with the mouse
to find and click on the credit earning link.
OR you can QUICKLY scroll from webpage to webpage by simply
using your left thumb to hold down the CTRL key and your left forefinger
to tap on the TAB key - freeing your mouse to only click on the credit
earning link.
If these five webpages were five of your traffic exchange
programs you would be saving a huge amount of time compared
to scrolling from page to page using only the mouse; time that then
gets translated into MORE TRAFFIC EXCHANGE CREDITS!
